Always a Camera
The quaint Latin Quarter is home to the Sorbonne University and student-filled cafes. It’s also famed for its bookshops, including the landmark Shakespeare & Company. Family-friendly attractions include the Jardin des Plantes botanical gardens and the National Museum of Natural History.
The Gordon family have called this castle ‘home’ for nearly 400 years. A small tower stood on the lands of Cluny as far back as the 14th century, but the castle – as we know it today – was built in 1604, with extensive additions over the coming centuries as the family prospered.
Formation. Antelope Canyon, which is known by the Navajo as “The place where water runs through rocks,” was formed over the course of hundreds of years by water that ran through sandstone. The upper part of the canyon is at around 4,000 feet elevation, with walls that rise 120 feet above its stream bed.
